Identification of Thioredoxin
Reductase 1-regulated Genes
using cDNA microarray and Small Interference RNA
Lab. Dr. Del Giacco
We used the custom made microarray named
“Human_1_20K_chip”
for two-colors experiments.
Each experiment was performed in 4 replicates with dye swap.
Experiments were conducted in HepG2 cell line.
