Identification of Thioredoxin Reductase 1-regulated Genes
using cDNA microarray and Small Interference RNA

Lab. Dr. Del Giacco

We used the custom made microarray named “Human_1_20K_chip” for two-colors experiments.
Each experiment was performed in 4 replicates with dye swap. Experiments were conducted in HepG2 cell line.

Data set description

Raw data for each channel intensity and background are available below.

Expriment 1: Silencing Thioredoxin Reductase 1 (TrxR1) versus Control (CNT)

Experiment 2: Silencing Thioredoxin Reductase 1 (TrxR1) treated with Interferon-ß (IFN-ß) and all-trans Retinoic Acid (ATRA) versus CNT treated with IFN-ß/ATRA after 6 hours of treatment

Experiment 3: Silencing Thioredoxin Reductase 1 (TrxR1) treated with Interferon-ß (IFN-ß) and all-trans Retinoic Acid (ATRA) versus CNT treated with IFN-ß/ATRA after 48 hours of treatment

Experiment 4: HepG2 treated with IFN-ß/ATRA versus CNT untreated (after 6 hours)

Experiment 5: HepG2 treated with IFN-ß/ATRA versus CNT untreated (after 48 hours)
